Who We Are
Welcome to Emmanuel Community Church!
Emmanuel is a community of people committed to giving Jesus Christ our worship through the careful study of His Word and the application of it to our daily life.
We want everyone from children, youth, young adults, and adults to engage in prayer, pursue Christ in everything, prepare for Godly living, and participate in Kingdom opportunities.
At Emmanuel, we are defined by these core values:
1) To glorify God in all we do corporately and individually.
We want to see every other goal through this goal of glorifying our Lord. May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you a spirit of unity among yourselves as you follow Christ Jesus, so that with one heart and mouth you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Romans 15:5-6
2) To teach the Word of God consistently in all ministries of the church.
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness. 2 Tim. 3:16
3) To disciple each person to help them walk consistently like Christ.
And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others. 2 Tim. 2:2
